70s Trend

70s Trends with KOOVS

70s trends has made a HUGE comeback into the fashion world. The trend which talks about fringes, flares, clashing prints, bell-sleeves and pussy-bow detailing make for a perfect retro revival. All these outfits are now in complete trend and are pulled off by many fashionistas in the fashion industry! Now let me tell you all it is not so tough to carry off this trend when you know what suits your body type and tastes.

Above all the fashionable looks for autumn/winter 2015, the 70s trend is the most ubiquitous. Velvets, corduroy and suede materials are big; A-line skirts are pervasive; floaty pirate-meets-peasant blouses all over again.

The trick is to MIX & MATCH! Don’t go 70s from head to toe. Too much of 70s trends kills the whole look. Always a mixing of trends makes the complete outfit look just stunning!

My outfit details :

So much excited for this look as it defines my personal peppy yet chic style. I have paired this bell sleeves KOOVS All Over Lace Long Sleeve Crop top; product code: 65764, with my aztec printed skirt. This top is a perfect example of 70s trend. Crop tops are still in fashion so why not try on a 70s look mixing up with the cropping theme. The skirt makes the outfit look colourful just like 70s trend and edgy. I can never get bored of Aztec printed fabric as such fabrics always make you look young, loud, screams fashion and makes you look completely stylish and unique. So having some Aztec prints is always a Yes! I opted for some statement shoes which again screams 70s with a small sling bag. Adding on one neckpiece was my take on accessorizing the outfit. Some old 70s kinda sunglasses from koovs : QUAY AUSTRALIA lana Sunglasses; product code 66952 was my take on eyewear.

Enjoy the photographs below and get inspired by the 70s Trend and as I always say keep it edgy!

Top: koovs ; Skirt: Lokhanwala, Andheri ; Shoes: Bandra, Hill road ; Sling bag: Lokhanwala, Andheri ; Shades: Koovs.
